I am happily married. My husband and I have raised 3 children. I was a full-time stay-at-home mom and homemaker, until the kids grew up. I was warned this would happen but I found it hard to believe at the time. Obviously, my "disbelief" was merely the understandable desire to hold onto that precious time of motherhood. However, it was also thrilling to watch our children grow and evolve into the wonderful adults they've become. We are so proud of them. They continue to amaze us.

But entering into the post-motherhood era presented the next challenge: what comes after raising the kids? I considered numerous possibilities and finally decided to settle on getting the most, and the best, out of life. This website encapsulates, in bite-sized pieces, what that means. The pursuit of building this website provides me with the opportunity to be creative and colorful, to discover and express those things that interest and inspire me, to learn a thing or two, and to just have fun. It's a happy time and place to be.
