Domestic Shipping Policy
All items are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Saturday, 12 am MST through Sunday, or on holidays.
If your shipment is delayed significantly, due to experiencing a high volume of orders, you will be contacted via email.
Shipping Destinations
Orders are shipped to the 48 contiguous states of the United States, to Alaska and Hawaii, and to all Canadian provinces. There is no other international shipping available.
Flat Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: First Class (3 – 5 business days) $4.99
- Priority Mail (up to 3 business days) $9.95
- First Class International - Canada only (11 to 20 business days) $15.75
Overnight delivery is not available.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
SunBlossom Creations is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
Every attempt is made to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized by the USPS. If the address cannot be validated, the customer will be contacted to provide an updated address. If the address cannot be updated, the order will be canceled and refunded.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please contact us as soon as possible. An investigation will be initiated and when it is complete, your order will be refunded or replaced. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.
