If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us to request a return.
  2. In the contact form, provide the order number and specify the reason for the return. Please note: If returning an item that was defective or damaged on delivery, photographic evidence will be required. Instructions on how to send the photos will be supplied.
  3. Repackage the items in their original packaging.
  4. Ship the items to us.

Once the return is received, inspected, and approved, the refund or exchange will be processed.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the purchase date.
  • Items must be in like-new condition and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (sales receipt) is required for all returns.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on the payment method policies.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, please follow the steps of the return process (see above).
  • Place an order for the new item.

Exceptions

  • Clearance, personalized, or otherwise customized items are non-refundable.
