If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it.
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact us to request a return.
- In the contact form, provide the order number and specify the reason for the return. Please note: If returning an item that was defective or damaged on delivery, photographic evidence will be required. Instructions on how to send the photos will be supplied.
- Repackage the items in their original packaging.
- Ship the items to us.
Once the return is received, inspected, and approved, the refund or exchange will be processed.
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the purchase date.
- Items must be in like-new condition and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (sales receipt) is required for all returns.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on the payment method policies.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- To exchange an item, please follow the steps of the return process (see above).
- Place an order for the new item.
- Clearance, personalized, or otherwise customized items are non-refundable.
